ECS was established in 1989. Initially providing consultation and documentation required to meet California's "Title-24" energy standards for new construction, it soon became apparent that the company would develop to provide many parallel services. Currently ECS documents compliance with state and federal energy codes, performs commercial and residential energy conservation audits and provides a wide variety of technical testing to evaluate energy systems performance.
